Ball spline
-
Model SLS (medium-load type)
Model SLS (medium-load type) The circumference of the spline nut is shaped in a straight cylinder. Using a key, this model can be secured to the housing, or transmit a torque. -
Model SLF (medium-load type)
Model SLF (medium-load type) This type is equipped with a flange that enables the product to be secured to the housing using bolts. It can easily be assembled, and allows a shorter housing than securing it using a key. -
Medium Torque Model LT
Medium Torque Model LT This Ball Spline has a large load capacity in the radial and torque directions since the spline shaft has 2 to 3 crests on the circumference, each held by 2 rows (4 or 6 rows in total) of balls under a load in order to reasonably provide a preload. -
High Torque Model LBS
High Torque Model LBS The most compact type with a straight cylindrical spline nut. When transmitting a torque, a key is driven into the body. The outer surface of the spline nut is provided with anti-carbonation treatment. -
Rotary Ball Spline RLSF
Standard Type
The rotary spine is designed to move linearly and rotationally in one assembly. -
Rotary Ball Spline RLBF
High Loading Capacity Type
RLBF series features 40° angular contact angle, it enables self-aligning and bears higher axial load to achieve better accuracy.
-
Ball Spline SOT
SOT features 40° angular contact point, increasing rigidity, sensitivity and load-carrying capacity, SOT series is one of the easiest installing series.
-
Ball Spline SOF
With TBI MOTION’s unique 40° angular contact design, SOF series delivers high sensitivity, high load-carrying capacity and high accuracy. SOF series is easy to be installed through mounting holes.
-
Ball Spline SLT
SLT series features high load-carrying capacity, high rigidity and high sensitivity, lowering the consumption of energy, SLT series is one of the easiest installing series.
-
Ball Spline SLF
SLF series is ground to form a perfect 40° angular contact point, increasing the load-carrying capacity and rigidity, SLF series is easier to install because it only requires a rough bore, a drilled mounting hole and tapped to secure the flange to the housing.
